provinces and cities namely: Vinh Phuc, Bac Ninh,
Hai Duong, Hung Yen, Thai Binh, Ha Nam, Ninh
Binh, Nam Dinh, Hai Phong City and Quang Ninh
associated with the Northern key economic zone.

The value of the region derives from the culture,
based on wet rice civilization, and history, combining
values of geological – geomorphologic landscape,
coastal ecology and Northeast Island.
